Now this is one of the really critical sections these days and for good reason, it’s valuable and if it’s personal it’s private. Not only is it critical to protect any data that may be collected, the world we live in is highly complex, with rapidly growing and increasingly complex technologies, laws and regulations abound, differing by geographical location and within those geographies many different interpretations exist.

We’ll try take the approach of collecting as little information as possible. As an example for our Newsletter, that would be your preferred name and e-mail address. Of course we would like to know which country you’re based and your interests, however that is not required information to register for a Newsletter and as such we don’t ask for it.

Some of the links on the website may be “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item, I may receive an affiliate commission. Regardless, I only recommend products or services that we use and believe will add value to our readers. We will endeavour to highlight these links when they’re present and is one of the reasons that we have a specific page on affiliate marketing.
